St. John Will Hold Clean-Up Day

Oct. 23, 2007 – The St. John Beautification Team invites the public to join them in a day of cleaning and sprucing of Cruz Bay at 8 a.m., on Saturday, Oct. 27. The initiative will involve picking up trash, painting curbs, trimming and installing new plants, in addition to sweeping the streets.
Trash bags will be provided, along with drinks and a free T-shirt for all that participate. Volunteers are asked to bring wheelbarrows, machetes, stiff-bristle brooms and flat-ended shovels.
