Ismay Adams Edwards Dies at 79

Oct. 22, 2007 – Ismay Adams Edwards, better known as "Ishma," of St. Joseph and Rosendahl, died on Oct. 17, in Atlanta, Georgia, at age 79.
The deceased is survived by a son, Daryl Edwards; daughter, Denise Edwards; brothers: Mario and Orthlie Adams; sisters: Iris Thomas, Mary Smith and Ivy Creque; and many nieces and nephews.
There will not be a viewing. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., on Friday, Oct. 26, at Wesley Methodist Church, Tutu. Interment will follow at Western Cemetery No. 2.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Wesley Methodist Building Fund or Kimelman Cancer Center.
All arrangements are by Davis Funeral Home, 774-1464.
