Oct. 20, 2007 – The Crucian Christmas Festival Organization is having their first ever Junior King and Queen of the Band Competition for youth six to 13-years-old. Elementary schools, junior high schools and community members are invited to participate in this cultural event. This year's theme is "Culture, History and Tradition Remain on the Slate for Festival 2007 – 2008." The application deadline is Nov. 15.
