Amelia Mack Edwards Dies at 92

Oct. 19, 2007 – Amelia Mack Edwards of La Grande Princesse died on Oct. 9, at the Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital.
She is survived by her daughter, Josephine Buntin; sons: Ickford Gittens and Charles Gittens Edwards; grandchildren: Yettive and Robert Buntin, Frank Buntin Jr., Esther Trollinger, Jacqueline Boone, Maudlyn, Barry, Ian, David and Andrew Gittens, and Collette Jiles; and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers: Thomas Isaac, Gleeson Isaac and Charles Fenton; special friends: Margarie Kelly, Maria Richardson, Genevive Herbert and Margarie Selcrivge, as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held from 9-10 a.m., on Saturday, Oct. 20, at St. John's Episcopal Church in Christiansted. It will be followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m., at the church. Interment will follow in the Christiansted Cemetery, Anglican Section.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to James Memorial Funeral Home Inc.
