Pistarckle Theater Will Present Sam Shepard's 'Buried Child'

Pistarckle Theater Will Present Sam Shepard's 'Buried Child'
Pistarckle Theater will open its 17th season with Sam Shepard's Pulitzer Prize-winning play "Buried Child," directed by Frank Bartolucci. It is a dark comedy- drama about a dysfunctional American family harboring a terrible secret: incest.
After each performance the theater will host an open-mic night to hold a discussion about these topics with social workers and volunteers from the community present.
All performances are pay as you can. They will be held on Oct. 18-20, 26 and 27, at 8 p.m.; Nov. 2, at 8 p.m.; and Nov. 3, at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.
