Cancryn School Hosts Workshop on Parental Skills

Oct. 6, 2007 – Parents of students attending the Addelita Cancryn Junior High School are advised of a Parental Skills Workshop that will be held at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 10, at the school, according to a press release from Principal Yvonne Pilgrim. The workshop is being hosted by the school and the Association of Concerned Native Virgin Islanders Inc.
“All parents are encouraged to attend this very informative workshop,” she said. “There will be several presentations to assist parents, lively discussions about issues facing families today and a light dinner will be served.”
