Sept. 27, 2007 – Frederick M. Francis, also known as "Vance," of Christiansted passed away on Sept. 21, at the Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. He was 60 years old.
He is survived by his sisters: Sandra Hardcastle-Williams, Marva D. Heidmann and Renee Williams; brothers: Calvin Heidmann Jr., Timothy Heidmann Sr., Butch A. Heidmann and David Heidmann Sr.; and aunts: Pastor Thelma Youngblood, Cynthia Hardcastle and Helen Joseph. Other survivors include special friends: Althea Michael, Keisha Smith and the staff of Housing, Parks and Recreation, as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing to the public will be held from 3-5 p.m., on Monday, Oct. 1, at the James Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, La Grande Princesse. A second viewing will be held from 9-10 a.m., on Tuesday, Oct. 2, from 9-10 a.m., followed by a memorial service, at 10 a.m., at the chapel. Interment will be at the Christiansted Cemetery.
