V.I. Energy Office to Show Film on Alternatives
The Virgin Islands Energy Office is marking Energy Awareness Month in October by showing a film on alternative clean energy sources. The national theme is Clean and Green: For a Secure Energy Future.
The "Nova" film "Saved by the Sun" will be shown at 4 p.m., on Sunday, Oct. 14, at the Caribbean Community Theater, 18 Orange Grove, on St. Croix. After an intermission, when the public will have a chance to question the V.I. Energy Office staff, there will be also be a showing of "Who Stole the Electric Car?"
