Sept. 9, 2007 – The next Rotary Club of St. Croix meeting will be held at noon, Thursday, Sept. 13, at Gertrude's Restaurant, Hess Road. The featured speaker will be Acting V.I. Commissioner of Education Dr. Lynn Spampinato. She will share her views on the status of education in the Virgin Islands.
