Alecia Wells Is Too Busy

Dear Source:

And the GERS and PSC's Alicia Wells (remember the infamous letter of intent/interest she wrote to the bankruptcy court?) wanted to purchase Innovative, a badly broken phone entity 'for profit'? ("PSC Counsel, Chairwoman Come Clean About Letter Supporting ICC Bankruptcy") Now we find out $10 million was not put into employee pension funds.
I can hardly wait until the court releases all documents from the Prosser bankruptcy proceedings! Way to go conducting a complete due diligence BEFORE you leap into a major government purchase agreement backed with taxpayer money!
It is also time to limit how many boards one sits on within our government. Alecia Wells is on the election board contributing to the mess and delay we now have with the Constitutional Convention relating to the unlawful re-write of the ballot, is an elected Constitutional Convention delegate (she should have recused herself from ANY vote on ANY issue involving the convention), in addition to being on the PSC. Far too many conflicts of interest not to mention erroneous, illegal, reckless decisions and action (s) on the boards she is a member of.
