Don't Leave Things Out

Dear Source:
This is a very important topic. But ignoring the fact that the Virgin Islands has a rich history on all boundaries of race would not help anything. Many good things came from several of those different European countries and they hold records of all the ancestors who made the VI their homes over the years. We don't need to include one and not the other but a contingent of groups does need to come together to make real what has been lacking in the VI for too long. We need to educate ourselves and like many of our West Indian neighbors have to educate the world on the importance of the Virgin Islands.
