Annual 5K Road Race to Raise Prostate Cancer Awareness

Annual 5K Road Race to Raise Prostate Cancer Awareness
The 25th Annual Labor Day 5K Road Race will be held to benefit awareness of prostate cancer. It will begin at 7 a.m., on Monday, Sept. 3, at Fort Frederik in Frederiksted. It will also end at Fort Frederik.
One in six men will get prostate cancer, but if caught early, nearly 100 percent survive. This year, following the race, V.I. Pace Runners and others will talk about how to deal with this disease.
For information, contact the Pace Runners at 643-2557 or logon to: http://virginislandspace.org for an entry form.
