July 26, 2007 – Adelle Abednego of Estate Thomas died on July 24, at the Schneider Regional Medical Center, at the age of 92.
She is survived by her daughters: Muriel E. Petersen, Bernice T. Francis and Shirley Hodge-Lewis; son, Darwin Clarke; and grandchildren: Michael P. Petersen, Dean L. Petersen, Hector R. Francis, Miquel A. Francis, Dr. Denise L. Greene, Michelle A. Francis, Adelle B. Francis, Renee T. Rojas and Charmaine Clarke. Other survivors include 11 great grandchildren and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held from 6:30-8 p.m., on Wednesday, Aug. 1, at Davis Funeral Home Chapel. A second viewing will be held from 8:30-10 a.m., on Thursday, Aug. 2, at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, to be followed by a funeral service, at 10 a.m., at the church. Interment will be at Western Cemetery No. 2.
