July 17, 2007 – Mark Meyer, jazz and classical vocalist and guitarist, will be the featured performer from 6:30-9:30 p.m., on Saturday, July 21, at Beach Side Café at Sand Castle On The Beach Hotel.
Meyer has been playing guitar professionally for over 25 years, the last year and a half at various venues here on St. Croix and in Colorado. He has played solo acoustic guitar as well as lead electric guitar in bands and in stage productions. He currently has a solo guitar acts and is playing lead guitar in the Jazzy Blue Rhythm and Blues Band, and with Sandy and the Wild Cats. He is also the lead guitarist and singer for the UnderCover Band. His style ranges from jazzy bluesy funky mellow rock eclectic instrumental and song.
The public is invited to participate in the ongoing tradition of Live Music in St. Croix's West End. Come and enjoy the sunsets, cooling trade winds, salty air, freshly prepared foods and excellent music.
