McDonald's Donates to Sports Teams at Catholic School

June 13, 2007 – Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic School held its end of the year convocation recognizing academic scholars and athletic team participants. Parents, teachers and students gathered in the cafeteria to enjoy the awards banquet.
Among the awards given was a surprise donation from McDonald's to the boys and girls volleyball program, which is in need of new uniforms for the upcoming fall season. Athletic Director William Corcoran said, "This was a huge surprise for our volleyball players. McDonald's donation will have a big impact on our efforts to enhance and upgrade our athletic program."
