UVI Earth Day Seminar to Discuss Climate Change

UVI Earth Day Seminar to Discuss Climate Change

In observance of Earth Day, the University of the Virgin Islands will hold a seminar on climate change and the V.I. from noon to 2 p.m., on Friday, April 20. Presentations will be made by UVI researchers and specialists on the impact that climate change is having on the V.I.'s resources. It will be held in the Teacher's Education building on the St. Thomas campus and video-conferenced to the MacLean Marine Science Center conference room and the Evans Center, room 713, on St. Croix.
Additionally, the Third Annual Environmental Protection Agency Pro-Enviro Fair will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. that same day in the UVI Sports and Fitness Center.
