Carnival Mile Road Race Coming Up April 28

April 17, 2007 — The St. Thomas Association of Roadrunners invites the public to the Yacht Haven Grande Carnival Mile on Saturday, April 28, at 7:30 am.
The one-mile course starts on Main Street at the Western cemetery and finishes at Roosevelt Park. Awards will be presented to the top male and female and to the first-, second- and third-place finishers in the following age groups:
— The Total Camp Experience 12 and Under Mile;
— The Dr. Kevin Lenahan, Chiropractor 13 — 19 Mile;
— The Caribbean Surf Company 20 — 29 Mile;
— The Gallery St. Thomas 30 — 39 Mile;
— The Gallery St. Thomas 40 — 49 Mile;
— The Dr. Kevin Lenahan, Chiropractor 50 — 59 Mile; and
— The Jackson Complelx 60 & Over Mile.
The first 150 participants will receive a Carnival Mile T-shirt, sponsored by Yacht Haven Grande.
Pre-register at the Caribbean Surf Company in Havensight, the Royal Dane Mall or the Antilles School's Jackson Complex Wellness Center. Entry fee for adults is $10, youth 12 and under $5 and STAR members $8.
Proceeds will benefit the American Red Cross. For more information call 775-6373.
