March 20, 2007 – The Virgin Islands Carnival Committee will hold a meeting of troupe leaders at 5:30 p.m., on Thursday, March 22, at Lockhart Elementary School. It is mandatory that each troupe has a representative present at all announced meetings. Attendance at these meetings will ensure that troupes are properly informed of the requirements for parade participation.
