Chamber Sponsors Workshop on People Skills

Feb. 24, 2007 – The St. Thomas-St. John Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a workshop to be taught by Russ Grieger entitled "The Relationship Factor, The Technology to Influence Others to Enthusiastically Cooperate. " It will be held from 1-4 p.m., on Thursday, March 1, and Friday, March 2, at the Holiday Inn Windward Passage Hotel.
Regardless of your role, title, or position, you are responsible for producing intended, significant results – day after day, week after week. More often than not these results require the enthusiastic cooperation of others. Those who master the art of relationship building have the ability to emotionally move people and tremendously impact what they do. Russ Grieger will dig deeply into the psychology of interpersonal intelligence to teach the tools – the strategies, mindsets, intensifiers – to earn such loyalty and goodwill that others will not only give their hands and backs, but volunteer their hearts and minds as well. "The Relationship Factor" is both a seminar and a workshop. It is a seminar in that you will be taught proven, useful tools you can immediately put to use; it is a workshop in that you will be given opportunities to develop your personal strategies.
Enrollment for the two-day workshop is $195. There are special rates for groups of four or more. To register or to find out more information, call 776-0100.
