Public Finance Authority Board of Directors Meets
The West Indian Company Ltd. holds their annual meeting of the shareholders at 10 a.m., on Monday, May 1, at the offices of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority, 24 Honduras, 2nd floor, Frenchtown.
The board will go into executive session during its meeting to discuss ongoing litigation matters. Other matters of the Authority will also be on the agenda.
