Superior Court Schedule for Carnival Week

April 14, 2006 – The employees of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands in the District of St. Thomas and St. John have been granted administrative leave on the following days during Carnival Week:
Wednesday, April 26…………noon to 5 p.m.
Thursday, April 27…………….8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday, April 28………………..8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
All previously calendared matters and Advise of Rights will be heard as scheduled. Filings will be accepted on Wednesday, April 26, Thursday, April 27 and Friday, April 28 via a secured lock box at the entrance of the court's premises at the Alexander A. Farrelly Justice Center, according to a press release from the Superior Court of the V.I.
In the District of St. Croix, administrative leave has been granted for Friday, April 28 only. Advice of Rights will be heard as scheduled and filings will be accepted via a secured lock box on the first floor of the R. H. Amphlett Leader Justice Complex.
