Alert: Road Work Begins Friday at Several Locations

April 11, 2006 – Public Works will begin striping several roads on St. Thomas from 7 a.m to 4 p.m. Friday.
Construction crews will be installing reflective pavement markings on Norre Gade from the Vitelco Building to the intersection of General Gade at the Finance Department. Striping will also take place on St. Peter Mountain Road from Route 33 to Route 40. Crews will also be working on Bovoni Road from the Turpentine Run Bridge near the Clinton Phipps Racetrack to the Purple Shop Grocery, a release from PWD Commissioner George W. Phillips said.
No parking will be allowed in these areas during the projects.
