V.I. Council of the Arts Has Watercolor Exhibit
The Council on the Arts is presenting an exhibition of watercolor paintings by Bruce Shrallow. There will a "meet the artist" reception from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., on Friday, April 7, at the Council Arts Gallery, located in the Francois Building across from the Fort.
His impressionistic watercolors will be on exhibit through May 10.
