V.I. National Guard to Honor Female Soldiers

In recognition of Women's History Month, the V.I. National Guard will honor its female soldiers deployed in the war on terrorism along with Ms. Betty Vidal of the Adopt-A-Soldier Program, which sends care packages to deployed V.I. soldiers.
A Women's History Month observance will be held Thursday March 23 at 1:30 p.m. at the Lt. Col. Lionel A. Jackson Armory in Estate Bethlehem. Speaking will be Hon. Eileen R. Petersen, retired judge of the former Territorial Court.
