Dear Source:
Well i read the report about the officer that abused the Movie theater usher at caribean cinemas. I was born and raised on st thomas and I was assaulted by an officer in 99 after i attemted to intervene while he was having an argument with a friend of mines…a female that he struck in the face. Then office took me in the security room of the tu-tu park mall and pistol whipped me and clubbed me before taking me to jail and NOTHING came out of it as he NEVER showed up to court. Sooner or later they going get what coming to them man you watch. Its not right how they abuse their damn powers and he was NOT in uniform OR identified himself at the time.
