Mandatory Meeting Held for Junior Monarchs

March 13, 2006 – The Children Activities Committee is having a mandatory meeting for all participants and their parents for the Carnival 2006 Junior Monarch Competition at noon, on Saturday, March 18, at the Winston Raymo Center.
For more information, call the Virgin Islands Carnival Committee office at 776-3112 or visit the VICC office on lower Main Street across from the Department of Finance.
