TV Panel Will Discuss Constitutional Convention
The Virgin Islands Humanities Council holds a discussion panel "2006 We The People " live television forum on past constitutions drafted for and by the people of the Virgin Islands. The event will be aired live on TV2 / "Talk2", on Tuesday, Feb. 28, from 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., and panelists will answer questions from viewers.
The panelists are Basil Ottley Jr., political analyst; Rosalie Simmonds Ballentine, legal scholar; Dr. Ruth Beagles, former convention delegate; and Lorna Thomas, Board of Elections representative. For information, call 776-4044.
