Due Date for Unemployment Insurance Taxes Extended

Feb. 1, 2006 – The Department of Labor announced that the filing of the "Employer's Quarterly Wage and Contribution Report" has been extended without penalty and interest from Jan. 31 to Feb. 28, according to a press release from the labor department.
Employers can call the Department of Labor's Unemployment Insurance Division Tax Units at 776-3700 on St. Thomas.
