Governor to Give State of the Territory Address

Jan. 11, 2006 – Gov. Charles W. Turnbull has formally notified Senate President Lorraine L. Berry that he will appear to deliver his eighth and final State of the Territory Address. It will be given at 7 p.m., on Monday, Jan. 30, at the Capitol Building of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands in Charlotte Amalie.
