Copenhagen Chamber Ensemble Coming to the V.I.
As part of the cultural exchange program between Denmark and the Virgin Islands, the Copenhagen Chamber Ensemble will give a concert at on St. Thomas. The concert is scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24 at the Nisky Moravian Church. Tickets are $25, $10 for students with ID.
Since 1978, the ensemble has given concerts throughout the world, specializing in both baroque and contemporary music.
Their program includes music by Handel, Telemann, Niels Viggo Bentzon and Vivaldi, among others.
