Cycling Federation Has General Assembly
The Virgin Islands Cycling Federation will kick off the new season with a General Assembly meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 14, in the Country Day School library at 7 p.m. Officers will provide a recap of the 2005 season, hold elections of officers for the 2006 season and discuss the proposed 2006 racing schedule.
