Family Resource Center Activities for Domestic Violence Awareness
The following are the activities of the Family Resource Center Inc. for Domestic Violence Awareness Month: Domestic Violence Month Activity at Tutu Park Mall Center Court on Oct. 1, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; "Afternoon Mix" radio show with J. Raul Carrillo on Oct. 3.; Bilingual outreach at Tutu Park Mall on Saturday, Oct. 8, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; DVM Sabbath and Sunday Worship on Oct. 8 and 9.; "Family Walk and Fun Day" from Lindberg Bay to Brewers Bay at 6 a.m.; "Clothes Line Project" at Tutu Park Mall on Oct. 15 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; "October Sunday" at Magens Bay Beach on Oct. 16 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.; the "Annual Domestic Violence March and Candle Light Vigil" at Emancipation Garden on Oct. 20, from 5-7 p.m.; "Men Terminating Violence" Saturday at Tutu Park Mall Center Court on Oct. 22, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and "Affects of DV on Children" at Tutu Park Mall on Saturday, Oct. 29, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
