Hiram Wiggins, Tai Chi and Qigong instructor, will begin offering Tai Chi classes every Tuesday starting Oct. 11, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Pier 69 courtyard in Frederiksted. The one-hour classes are $10 per person, per session.
Wiggins, who is also the training instructor for the St. Croix Chapter of the Guardian Angels, has been practicing Tai Chi, Qigong and Chinese healing arts for more than two decades. For more information call Hiram at 332-4795.
