Miss Virgin Island-Puerto Rican Friendship Will Be Crowned
Virgin Island-Puerto Rico Friendship month officially kicked off on Sept. 15. One of the most anticipated events is the crowning of Miss VIPR 2005-2006. The winner will be crowned at the St. Croix Educational Complex on Sunday, Sept. 25, at 6 p.m. The final three contestants are Vanessa Donastorg, Jenny Guadalupe and Frances D. Ruiz. Come and see these gems of the isle and enjoy the festivities!
