Rotary Club Luncheon Has Guest Speaker
V.I. Territorial Emergency Management Agency Executive Director Harold Baker will be the guest speaker at the regular lunch meeting of the Rotary Club of St. Thomas II on Wednesday, Aug. 17, at 12:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Windows on the Harbor Dining Room at Marriott's Frenchman's Reef Beach Resort.
