To the Government of the Virgin Islands and its residents,
After 28 years of living here, I can finally say that I am truly proud of this government. Obtaining this beach will ensure that everyone will be able to appreciate its beauty and enjoy it, not just a privileged few. It's about time the people came first. Congratulations on a job well done. I can proudly say today that I am proud to be a Virgin Islander.
