Aug. 2, 2005 – Evelyn Agatha Matthew Greaves, also known as "Dorothy," died on July 26 at Washington Hospital Center. She was 71 years old.
She is survived by her former husband, Fleavious "Cheyenne" Greaves; sons: Kevin "Cheyenne" Greaves and Cartwright "Syrup" Roberts; and a daughter, Paula "Charlene" Williams. She is also survived by brothers: Raymond Matthew, Christopher Watkins and Steadman Matthew, as well as grandchildren: Orecia Hughes, Tiffany Harley, Javon Greaves, Shi'Kenya Greaves, Diego Lawrence, Cheyenne Greaves and Janna Roberts; and a great-grandchild, A'daesha Davis. Other survivors include many special friends too numerous to mention.
Funeral services will be on Friday, Aug. 5. There will be a viewing from 9:35 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the Davis Funeral Home Chapel and a service at 11 a.m. at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. Interment is at Western Cemetery No. 3.
