July 15, 2005 — The V. I. Water and Power Authority has scheduled an outage from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday for a small section of Feeder No. 1.
The electric service interruption will affect LBJ Housing Community residents while WAPA relocates a three-phase line from one pole to another.
In a separate matter, the Richmond Pump Standpipe will be closed Saturday, July 16, while preventative maintenance is conducted at the Richmond Plant Sub-station. Potable water customers in Hermon Hill, La Grande Princess, and the area surrounding Orange Grove Apartments may experience low water pressure or no water service until Sunday.
