June 29, 2005 – Reuben Penn died on June 25 and is survived by his wife, Sylvia Stephens Penn; three sons: Reuben, Richard and Rishe; and three daughters: Ruebina, Racquel and Raissa. Other survivors are adopted children: Melvin James, Ramona James Allamby and Alfred Hodge. He is also survived by mother-in-law, Ena Stephens; daughter-in-law, Amel Christopher Penn; sisters-in-law: Josepha Stephens Gerard, Altagracia Stephens, Jacey Penn and Edith Penn; and brothers-in-law: Alvin Matthias Sr., Mario Estrill Sr. and Eddie Jerigan. Other survivors include aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, nine grandchildren and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
