Here's Who You'll Hear on the Next 'Lewis Show'

April 26, 2005 – The Modern Music Feature CD is "Our Kind of Soul" by Daryl Hall and John Oates. This is a fine CD with Hall and Oates covering some of their favorite R&B songs.
The Indie Spotlight artsit is the Jimmy Bowskill Band. The CD is entitled "Soap Bars and Dog Ears". Bowskill is an amazing talent, a true child prodigy who is only 12 years old and plays some smoking blues.
We celebrate the birthday of folk icon Judy Collins and of blues great Little Walter.
We feature music from Cynthia Saunders (Jus Cynthia) who gave a great performance last Sunday at Paradise Point at the Friends of Jazz, Humane Society Fundraiser.
We include new music from the bluegrass band Chatham County Line, Julie Gold, Chuck Brodsky. another 12-year-old prodigy, bluegrass artist Ryan Holliday, Canadian Western artist Ian Tyson, Irish band Solas and more.
Nashville Star picks its third champion this week and we feature music from two prior participants Jen Hicks and George Canyon.
We also include music from Ruthie Foster, Los Lobos, Marvin Gaye, Mavis Staples, the Dixie Chicks and more.
Doug Lewis Show is underwritten by Hook, Line, and Sinker and Molly Molones.
