March 3, 2005 The Rock Lounge, a poetry, music and visual arts collective, will hold a performance at the Frenchtown Deli on Friday, April 8.
The two-hour sessions are also an opportunity for anyone in the community to get up onto the microphone and do their thing. Recent performances have included a violin, guitar and vocal trio, flute playing and, of course, lots of good Rock Lounge poetry.
Things get under way starting at 6 p.m. and run unitl 8 p.m. For more information call Mary Alexander at 693-1340, or Jahweh David at 777-1067.
