Geological Tour of Cas Cay Is Set

Residents are invited by the Environmental Association of St. Thomas/St. John to explore and learn about the geology of the largest island in Benner Bay: Cas Cay. Join scientist Roy Watlington on March 13 as the geology, biology and spirit of one of the Virgin Islands' last great places is explored. Hikers are advised to wear shoes (preferably with closed toes), and to bring water in a hands-free container. The cost of the hike is $5 for EAST members and $10 for non-members. Space is limited so please leave a message at 774-1837 for reservations and details of time and place.
