Boy Scouts to Wash Cars to Earn Jamboree Funds

St. Croix Boy Scouts will wash cars from 8 a.m. to noon March 12 in the parking lot adjacent to the Schooner Bay Market Place and Sharkey's Bar in Gallows Bay, Christiansted. They'll be holding carwashes at various locations on the second Saturday of each month through July, hoping to raise enough money to attend the 2005 National Scout Jamboree in Virginia, which goes from July 25 to Aug. 3.
