Dec. 17, 2004 — The Finance Department on St. Thomas and St. Croix will be closed for the day beginning at noon Friday, according to a release sent from the Finance Department Friday morning. The closing, the release said, is to "facilitate the honoring of twoof our employees, one from St. Croix and one from St. John.
