Dear Source,
This is a great idea which the citizens of St Croix should back…From one who is about to become a full time resident of St Croix and from what I know from visits there and talking to others who live there full time, this would be a great idea, look how Puerto Rico has done under this same type of self rule. Everyone should get behind this and support the resolution.
