Laura Chesterfield, principal of Lockhart Elementary School, announces that report cards will be distributed to parents and guardians on Thursday, Nov. 18, 2004 between 1 p.m. and 2:35 p.m. Report cards will be given only to parents and guardians. Students will be dismissed at noon to allow teachers and parents to hold conferences.
