Nov. 17, 2004 – Gov. Charles W. Turnbull extended congratulations to John Abramson, Jr. and Andre T. Dorsey on being elected by the government employees to be their representatives on the Government Employees Service Commission, Health Insurance Board of Trustees for a term of two years.
The governor presented Abramson and Dorsey with Certificates of Appointment and expressed his appreciation for their willingness to serve the people of the Virgin Islands.
