Parade line-up is at 1 p.m. at the Addelita Cancryn Junior High School. The parade begins at 2 p.m. up Veteran's Drive to Emancipation Gardens where the official ceremony will take place.
In observance of the holiday all schools, including the both campuses of the University of the Virgin Islands, banks, the District and Territorial Courts will be closed. Post office lobbies will also be closed.
