V.I. Energy Office Workshops on New Technology

Oct. 23, 2004 – Architects, engineers, commercial property owners and individuals in the building industry are invited to a two- hour workshop on an innovative power/energy producing roofing system- flexible photovoltaic panels, sponsored by the Planning and Natural Resources V.I. Energy Office.
A representative from Solar Integrated Technologies and Sanafil Company will present on this revolutionary technology, Commissioner Dean C. Plaskett said in a release.
On St. Thomas, the workshops will commence at 6 p.m. at the Cyril K King Airport Terminal Building, second floor, in the DPNR conference room, on Tuesday, Oct. 26.
On St. Croix, the workshops will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 27, at 6 p.m. at the DPNR conference room, at 4 Mars Hill, Frederiksted.
