Oct. 16, 2004 – The Roy L. Schneider Hospital on St. Thomas is conducting patient surveys to improve its services.
If you were a former patient of the hospital in 2003 or 2004, you may be receiving calls from two survey organizations concerning your recent inpatient visits, outpatient treatments and procedures, or Emergency Department services, according to a press release.
The surveys are being conducted by the Jackson Organization, a nationally recognized survey research consultant firm. The hospital will use the results of these surveys to improve its overall customer service and daily operations. The community is encouraged to participate. The answers are kept strictly confidential.
These brief surveys will take about five minutes of the respondent's time and will then be evaluated independently by these companies.
Anyone with any questions about these surveys can call the hospital's Patient Relations Office at 776-8311, ext. 2302.
